Dr. Patrick McLaughlin

Dr. Patrick McLaughlin was raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1991 after completing his pre-chiropractic requirements at Mars Hill College. After associateships in Mount Prospect, Illinois and Mint Hill, North Carolina, he opened McLaughlin Chiropractic Center in Morehead City in 1996. He has authored a chiropractic handbook and his audiocassette; “Chiropractic Impact” is used nationwide to educate others on the benefits of chiropractic care. Dr. McLaughlin has helped establish chiropractic clinics in Beaufort, Cedar Point, Havelock, and Gastonia, North Carolina between 1999 and 2000. In August of 2015, he re-purchased the Cedar Point location and now operates two practices in Cedar Point and Morehead City. He is an active member of the North Carolina Chiropractic Association. Dr. McLaughlin lives in Morehead City, with his wife Maria, their two daughters, Payton and Parker, and two sons, Sean and Ethan.

Dr. Nathan Swacha

Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology

Passion for healing with Chiropractic and nutrition

Enjoys watching baseball and his UNC Tarheels

Dr. Swacha comes to us from snowy northwestern Pennsylvania. He holds a Bachelors Degree from Slippery Rock University in Exercise Physiology, an Associates Degree from the University of Pittsburgh as a Physical Therapy Assistant and received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from New York Chiropractic College. He has a passion for healing with Chiropractic and nutrition and fully believes that if you take care of your body, your body will take care of you. In his spare time he enjoys watching baseball and his UNC Tarheels. He also enjoys watching his boys (Daman and Olson) play baseball and his daughter (Amelia) play soccer. In addition to watching my kids play sports, i also enjoy watching them grow as individuals. I like to golf when I have time. Dr. Swacha loves the beach, but would never miss an opportunity to take a long hike in the mountains.
